Learn about the unique cuisine of Santa Fe, New Mexico, where chiles are the key ingredient in nearly every dish! You'll learn how to make sauces from green and chiles, fresh and dried. Shannon will show you how to use those sauces for many different dishes, and you'll have the confidence to create your own recipes (even desserts!) using chiles.
You and Chef Shannon Smith will meet in your kitchen (over video chat) to cook, taste, share stories, and acquire valuable skills that will last well beyond your time together.
