Meet Joseph Haywood
One of the best bartenders in Asia, Joseph Haywood kicked off his career at the James Beard-nominated One Flew South in Atlanta, Georgia, where his passion for flavor and spirits was skilfully matched with a diverse and expansive whiskey list. Further honing his cocktail and service standards, Joseph moved to oversee the bar program at Atlanta’s celebrated Bacchanalia, pairing cocktails with the restaurant’s tasting menus and drawing culinary influences from the creative cuisine. In 2015, Joseph was tapped to manage the newly built Bar Margot at the Four Seasons Atlanta, and a year later he was moved to the Four Seasons Singapore’s One Ninety Bar. Joseph has since helped open Barbary Coast Singapore, while he plans his next career move.
