Under the tutelage of Chef Michael, you’ll learn all of the fundamentals, including how to perfectly sear a steak, saute brussels sprouts and make gnocchi and a classic pesto sauce that you will want to put on everything. Chef Michael will show you exactly how to prepare every aspect of your dinner in order, so when it comes down to actually doing the cooking all you will need is one pan to make your own gourmet dinner.
You and Chef Michael Fiscella will meet in your kitchen (over video chat) to cook, taste, share stories, and acquire valuable skills that will last well beyond your time together.

Michael has been cooking professionally for 12 years, but has had a passion for cooking and a love of food his whole life. After studying at Johnson and Wales University, he began his professional career at Jungsik in New York city, a two star Michelin rated restaurant. He worked every station, eventually becoming sous chef. After his tenure at Jensik, Michael spent extensive time traveling and cooking abroad, where he worked in 20 different restaurants around the world. Michael now resides in his native New York where he serves as the chef of a boutique catering company.
