About this experience
You can’t visit Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore in one day...or can you? Eat your way through Southeast Asia with Singapore-based food expert Vivian Pei, who will teach you how to make the region’s favorite rice noodle dishes. With Vivian’s expert guidance and tips, you’ll prepare authentic Vietnamese phở, pad Thai, and Singapore’s Moonlight Hor Fun at home. Vivian will also give you a crash course in Southeast Asian ingredients, including where to source them and what substitutes to use, as well as general techniques for prepping, plating, and serving the true Southeast Asian way.
