About this experience
Ever wondered how to make the lightest, fluffiest buttercream, achieve smooth, straight cake layers and sides, or create those mouthwatering, perfect chocolate drips? Look no further. Georgia Green of Georgia’s Cakes will have you whipping, frosting, smoothing, stacking, and decorating as she walks you through every step of one of her signature celebration cakes. All you need is a ready-made 6 inch sponge cake and you're ready for action! In this workshop, you will make Swiss meringue buttercream and meringue kisses and learn professional techniques for building up and decorating a cake to the highest level—one that, of course, tastes delicious, too! You might never buy a bakery cake again.
